Profile pic upload problem

hello all senior people , i've been trying to upload my profile pic from past 40 minutes but it's just not working..all i can see is "uploading" it's not getting displayed on my profile... may b the browser rejected my pic :p or m i too ugly to post my pic :"(
by the way... the pic size is hardly 25 kb

help me someone
