Qst about IP address

I just found out that there are offers came from Singapore. However when i click it, it says i'm not from Singapore. How can this be happening? Also i went to check my IP address at whatismyipaddress.com and it says i'm from Singapore. Can you check it for me please?

You can send the admin a private message and he'll look at it for you. But you could also just wait for him to view this thread. Your choice.
