Quality Points Offers for US

Hello everyone.
Can someone please tell me if there is a "search" function on this forum to do a search for what I'm looking for? I don't see it anywhere.

What I need to know is, how do I turn my points to cash on the Quality Points Offers for US section?
I read the link provided within that section but it does not say "how" or where to turn my points to cash :-)

They are being turned automatically into cash and it goes as follows:

10 Points = $0.10
100 Points = $1.00
Etc.

The reason we cannot explain it directly in the Points section is because this isn't allowed by the advertisers who allow us to promote them in the Points section.
