Question about OpinionSurveys?

Is this sufficient enough proof to show you that I did in fact, complete the OpinionSurveys survey:

In otherwords, i'm basically asking you to doublecheck becuase I got that confirmation & took a screenshot. Then today it tell's me it couldn't be tracked in your system. If I have to do it again, it's no biggy but still, :p

Hmmmm........ At first look it doesn't seem to be OK

But after watching it carefully it seems that the proof of screenshot is sufficient enough.....

Did you fail during the survey or that is the message you received after completing it?

Also, I need somehow a way to see your account, because anybody can use the same screenshot and claim it's his.

That's the message I received after completing it.

So in otherword's I should have taken a screenshot showing my account as well as that? I guess I see your point but I didn't think of it at the time so I guess i'm stuck doing the whole survey again. I have no idea why it wasn't tracked in your guy's system though even though I did complete it, =/

I've just checked the system and I found you there, the registration came up late so I will approve you for it now.
