Question about "My Offers"

Hello!

Im very new on this kind of things. So I have question;

if I give some advertise link to my friends and theyll click it, do I still have to confirm it at "my offers"? or how it goes?

for example;
DO NOT CLICK IT! IM NOT ADVERTISING IT, ITS JUST FOR EXAMPLE!

and my friend clicks it and answers for the questioner, do I have to go to "my offers" or will it update automatically? Im not sure how this system works, please dont rage. thanks in advance!!

is my PayPal account the e-mail I have registered at PayPal? thanks :D

if my brother will register (i have only 1 brother living in the same house), shall he put my name on the "referred by" spot or will you specify Im just creating another accoutn? because then i just say him not to put it there, if its easier that way. :)

at the "offers" site,do i have to choose country where i am from, or can i choose adverts from different countries too? thanks!

The registration will be under your username so you would have to claim credit for it. Please also note each user is allowed to complete each offer only once!

You and your brother cannot have 2 accounts from the same house, if he lives somewhere else then it's okay and in that case yes, you can refer him and get $0.10 for referring him, but once again, only if you two are connecting from 2 separate places but not the same house.

The system won't allow you to access offers in countries you don't reside in, so you can only access offers in the country where you're resident, or in addition, everyone can access our International section.
