Yes, you need $3 to cashout your innings. its a new system.

no, you can only have payment if you reach minimum 3$
you can see your cash balance if you go to the section Earn Cash

if live in a country where you don't have many offers to complete in order to reach the $3.00 minimum payout then you can complete UNLIMITED amount of offers from the tasks section.

I think so ! the system cash out will take a lot of member and me will try earn enough 3$ !! then I don't come back again until site have the system payout as previously !~ so bore and sad :(
