Will i get commission on ref1 and ref2 total earnings, or only on certain offers and surveys?
example: some sites only pay 2 tiers for cash offers only, then pay a flat rate for surveys and others with no 2nd tier commission.

You get a commission from tier1 referrals like the same way you get from tier2 referrals,
The only difference is that you earn more from tier1 referrals.

Please notice that you don't get a commission from your referrals (tier1+tier2)
when they earn money from betting in games or participating in contests.
