Radio loyalty captcha not coming

Hi,

Radio loyalty was fine till yesterday. But today, having some problem in getting the captcha. It is not popping up every other time. Sometime even if it popped up, the moment I tried to enter the captcha, its going off. I setup a timer in my system with the intention of not to miss the captcha even once, but efforts are going in vain. Because of captcha not getting popped up, I am refreshing the radio loyalty every other time, though I am not getting the coins, believing that at least I will get the captcha next time.

Request you to please look into this soon and do the needful.

OMG. It was so much of disappointment today with Radio loyalty. I was just keep looking for captcha every now and then when the time comes, but most of the times it disappointed me.

Kindly look into it and fix it soon. Its really frustrating.

We're looking into this issue. Seems to be an isolated case with this user, as we've been unable to recreate it and no one else is reporting any issues.
