It counts only active referrals.
Your referral gotta earn at least 0.01$, only then he'll be counted.

Correct but it doesnt matter how much your ref earns,even thou 0,0000000009 lol he just need to make at least ONE and APPROVED offer/supersonic ads,payment wall etc

Yes I know what you mean but you can earn 0.006$ for every 0.01$ your ref makes
