Referal link not working correcly

Good day.

I have a problem with my link http://www.get-paid.com/index.php?ref=killax172

when my friends tried to register on the link, there is always a text appearing above the username

"You cannot open more than one account"

all of my referrals are still on standby because they cannot register on the link.

The invite friends on Facebook and Twitter is also not working and the direct Email too. working.

I hope the problem will be fixed soon, there are plenty of referrals that are on standby.

I have not been able to use the facebook referal tab either. I have left two messages with no response. I would like to make referals but need to know if this is working correctly, or just out for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend!

I apologies for the inconvenience. Can you please confirm that another account hasn't been opened from the same household before because that could be the reason why your referrals are not being able to sign up.

No other accounts in my houshold. I do access my account from different devises but the same account.
