Referral Earnings Bug

Hello,
I am writing to you because I have been having problems with earnings from my referrals. They are not being creditted into my account. As I have read in this forum, I think this is some sort of system bug. I would like to know when will this problem be fixed and if those coins will be creditted into my account in the future.
