Referral HELP

Hi. I need a bit of help. I want to refer a friend on this site by the MAKE REFERRAL TAB (sending him an invite thru his email), but when I type his email it says "no valid emails." I am sure that it is a valid email 'coz he was able to send me an email with that email address. I also tried sending him the link but It is also not working. He said that when he types his username and password and passed the captcha, the system says "you can only have one account." So he tried to click forgot password and typed his email address and system says no account found with that email address. Any clues why this is happening?

Are you sure he hasn't already registered to Get-Paid? It's not allowed to have more than one account.

Maybe he's already registered in Get-Paid with a different e-mail but the IP is the same...
Your friend should contact with the Support, tell him.

Yes, he said he had never know get-paid before.
