I know user rudy898 and yesterday he joined the site using my ref link..
He did a task and it got approved, why is it not showing up?

He will confirm that he is my referral..

Did something go wrong?

The user "rudy898" appears in our records to be referred by the user "Bobylegros".
I am not sure why you did it, however if you want us to change it it can only be changed from now onwards, previous commissions were already paid to "Bobylegros" and cannot be refunded.

Please advise how you would like us to proceed.

It's impossible to know why because we don't know what your referral might have done, if he/she had a deal with this user and you at the same time, or perhaps, if by mistake clicked on a link in a review site and credited the user "Bobylegros" as a referred user, before registering or wanting to register under you.

I have set this user to be under you from now on so future credits would go to your account from that user. Thanks.
