Referral's amount not received

i have not received referral amount i got only my earnings . can u explain why it happend.

Hello :)

In able to have your referral appear on your referrals list,he must do at least one offer. If you are asking about the earnings of your referral,please make sure he is registered under you. Kindly provide us his/her username.

You can earn commissions from your referrals' earnings when they complete offers/surveys/tasks or when they watch videos.

nearly 500 coins i have missed .......... before that i have credited all referral amount.
u have credited 750 coins others on july 18 but unable to see them in my coins wat's the problem about it
