Sorry my english is not very well.

Someone hast create a Account about my Refferallink, but he is not in my Downline.
His username is gromok

Is there a chance to bring them in my downline?

You have to get active referrals in order to see them in your downline,
Your referrals have to make atleast one task/offer/survey.

His Balance is 0.03$ und I can not see him.

Now a secound ref create a account about me and he is also not in my downline. :(

What´s wrong?

10% of 0.01$ isn't counted I think because of its very low amount.

First of all, check that they really sign from your referrals link,
Secondly, please make sure that they make at least 0.1$ to make sure they are active.
