I send my referral code to a friend and he made a account. But i didn't get any referral, what is wrong?

I have the same problem, but I think that it happens because of that it counts the Active referrals, and not every referral that just registered.

That is correct. You referral needs to complete at least one offer in order to show up as active on your "Referral List" .
