Remove the 15 posts limitation

I think that the limitation to create links only to those who have more than 15 posts is useless and even damaging the gain of the site because I can't still post my payments like most people, I imagine.

I think this limit discourages people to post their proof.

Unfortunately we have to keep this limitation to prevent the forum from getting spammed. Please coordinate with us and make 15 posts so you can post links and BB-code freely :). I have locked the thread because your suggestion is impossible to implement.
