Request payment in perfectmoney

Ive requested a payment 2 days ago to PerfectMoney but i think i forgot to add the "U" before the ID payment, is there a problem or what should i do ? ty

Yes, We removed your cashout request and returned the coins back to your account.
Please update your Payment ID first with 'U' from your "Account Settings" page - and then make a new request.

You have now entered new details but PerfectMoney doesn't recognize your account.
We're not sure why or what you're doing wrong here but it doesn't let us process your payment this way, perhaps you should choose a different payment method.
