Romanian only offer is not active

Romanian only offer is not active meaning that it is not click-able. It's not a problem from my end because i checked other offers (like the international ones) and those are working fine. Can something be done about this, or is the offer not available anymore ?

Thank you for the quick response. I just tried it on a different computer that has a different internet provider and it's still the same.
