'SAVE SETTINGS' button not working

whenever i try to edit my profile, the "save settings" button seems to have some error. nothing happens after clicking it. its not working. please fix it. please? :)

The new profile layout is still under development :) so sometimes few things might not work but don't worry everything will start working properly very soon.

No,i think it's not a problem.

It works perfect in mine,I can edit/re-edit it again and again. I dont know what's the problem.
