Samplicio taking ages to approve

Samplicio always seems to take a lot of time to get approved , and i think i mostly got them approved when im asking for an admin.... is it normal ? its been since april 23 ... any admin can have a look ? thanks in advance ;)

One of them is approved, the other one is not.
