1. You get paid to reffer anyone but, it is best if they are active. You will not get further payments if you keep on reffering inactive people.

2. Nope. It doesn't say anywhere you cannot.

Alright thanks but for number 3, I meant as in the admin's name.
Because in most topic, people refer to as "Mr. Admin guy, etc"
