Still no pay

I cashed out "successfully" on december 28th. It's now the 3rd of january. It says payments take 24-48 hours to transfer. I'l give it a little over the time limit, but 6 days? No. I want to know why my money is not in my paypal. All of the details are right.

Normal payments are processed within 24-48 hours but Referrals payments are processed on Fridays.
Please check your PayPal account again if you didn't cash-out Referrals payment because normal payments were processed three days ago. Please also wait for admin's reponse.

I didn't cash out a referrals payment. It was just a normal cashout. I clicked the cashout button and boom- 0. It was successfully cashed out, but my paypal balance still reads 0. I check it like twice a day, everyday.
