Strange IP from 3G connection

When i access from my iPhone via 3G to control the gains the IP is strange. I never tryied to complete offers via 3G and I never received warnings but I worry about misunderstanding.
I rechecked the rules and there are no prohibitions to this, but I just wanted to warn and whether there might be problems.

I apologize, but I noticed it only now.

So what is the problem? Is your account disabled for logging into Get-Paid from iPhone or something? Please be more specific.

Ah, that's the problem. No, you can not complete offers over 3G. This gives you a different IP, which I believe is blocked.
What you cán do is complete offers using Wi-Fi. ;)

Also it's impossible to make offers via phone,because your phone doesn't have the sufficient memory to register and stuff,do t worry I tried with my iPad...
