Strange things by my offers

Ey dude's

There are some strange things by my offers...
Like:

Add RefferalProgram
Some of my payment type's are : 0 ? (this need to be paypal?)
And by Payment ID: none.. (there is no payment id but it needs to be my email off paypal)?

And I thougt refferals wil be payd on friday and they are still in work? (sinse friday xD)

I hope u will help me ^^ admin (or other people who know's this)
