Stuck on Pending Approval

Hi, after I click on "Visit offer" and finish the offer then click on "Mark as completed", I don't get money, just get this "Pending Approval" ... HELP

Please wait 24 - 48 hours for offers to approve.
If you don't receive credit please try redoing them but be sure to clear your browsers cookies before redoing them.
