Submitter bugged ; nothing get credited.

I just waited for 1 week to have my survey approved , and they instead not been tracked. I swear to god i have filled those survey until it says *survey completed* , and then i went to mark it as completed. I got 4 that been pending for 1 week , and then not tracked. Im sorry but the bug is not from my side. i never ever had such problem gettting credited from Synovate.com, Mindfield.com , Surveylion.com , Cafédopinion.com ,
Surveyhead.com. and palmresearch.com. Here , i get 1 survey on 2 that get *not tracked* when they are completed. Its a total of 7$ i lost already , Very frustrating . That mark as complete button is not working well at all. It should be dropped , period. I hope you guys can do something about it...


Edit: Asking us to take screenshots of EVERY offers , every surveys and every task you do is humm... a joke ? Im sure you guys have a better way to see if it was completed or not

we don't ask for screenshots just because we like to see them. We ask for screenshots because we need to provide our advertisers a proof that our users completed your survey & they didn't receive credit for it. As far as "SurveyHead" & "palmresearch.com" . Sometimes they are not tracked. i meant that i am subcribed to their site and i do survey directly there and cash out the money from there and it works perfectly....

well whats different on there website is that it seems to track it by itself if you completed the survey already or if you are trying to cheat. I dunno how they do it but the system just always recognize it - even if they send you 2 times the same survey invitation -

You were approved for many surveys previously, and I am not sure why you're claiming the surveys are not tracking or that the submitter is bugged (even though no one has ever claimed it so far).

It would be appreciated if you can forward to me screenshots of the surveys you completed, which ones and their dates, so I can arrange for an approval for these. As SSR mentioned we don't need the screenshots for ourselves but for the advertisers - they also need to verify the survey was completed thru our site and not from another competitor site of ours, so we do need this to complete the verification, because automatically it shows your surveys were not tracked.
