Survey only once a day?

Is it possible that you can only take the daily survey once day and if you do more surveys you don't get paid for the second one?
This happened to me yesterday, and it seems today I'm facing the same problem.

Yes, as our instructions clearly state each survey can be completed successfully only once per day - so if you fail the survey you can try it again immediately, but if you succeed then you have to wait for the next day to complete it again (the local time when it resets is EST time zone).
We added a manual approval (despite not having it in our records) to the one you made on the 1st of December so you got additional 200 coins to your account.

would you mind adding the word "once" to it the next time you do a site update.
It would clear away any ambiguity.

like:

This offer is a daily survey. You can complete this offer once EVERY DAY. Once you complete a survey SUCCESSFULLY you will be credited for this offer. (If you fail a survey you can click again to try a new one)
