Survey success but no Payment

Good afternoon

Today in the morning around 4 AM (Brasil clock) I completed a survey on the tab daily survey for the
"give us your $2 cents" survey company, being a survey applied by "Nielsen" company.
A survey about TVs. And I finished the survey, passed, got the screen of a thank you for participating, got an screen
from "Give us your $2cents" saying that I completed and got a ticket for the raffle but still 8 hours later I didn't get the coin credit for it.
How do I get support on that?
