Please switch all my pending payments and future payments to AlertPay ID liam19_85[at]live[dot]com. Paypal made my account limited again because someone used it, so please change the pending and future payments of my account to my new Alertpay.

If you have had some paypal accounts and all of them became frozen I recommend you to verify your current paypal account :-D
I did it and my paypal account have never become frozen since then :-)

Well, as has said Calleak, you should make this request directly to the admin through PM... and I don't recommend you to write your mail here, everybody can see it.

Alright thanks guys, will do. And also, I did verify my paypal using my credit card, Paypal just froze it for no reason.
