Tasks payments not creditted to my Get-Paid account. Is there anything wrong?

To whom it may concern:
I have completed some taks about 2 or 3 days ago and payments have not been creditted to my account yet. I contacted the support team from CrowdFlower in order to ask whether the payments were issued on my behalf. I attach the reply of CrowdFlower support team:

"Hello, Our records indicate that your work was successfully submitted and a corresponding payment has been issued on your behalf. If you haven't received your compensation yet, please forward my message to customer support at the website on which you accessed our task. They should be able to pay you manually using the following payment ID(s): 72689834, 73407054, 21985444, 5063409, 51292567, 10503929, 97662187, 1033859, 36873501. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your hard work! Pat"

I would like to know if there is a problem with the website or if I am doing something wrong.
I am looking forward to hearing from you. :)

Dear members of Get-Paid: I have received a $0,50 bonus in my account which I assume is the money from the delayed payments. I thank you for taking care of the problem so quickly :D.
