TestAndVote.cl not working

Sorry to bother you again with non working issues.

TestAndVote.cl doesnt seems to be working.
There's no banner on the offer, just a small blank square that when clicked leads to an error page.

Doesnt work on IE, doesnt work on mozilla...

You are right.
We are looking for a new Chilian offer as a replacement and then we will take it off.

We don't want to leave the Chilian section empty because then we will have to remove it and this isn't what we want.
