Can you open forum topic which language is turkish.

i think a turkish forum wont be created just for one user...

take here referrals from turkish and make a little turkish community xD then i think admin will add a turkish forum

Say when there's 5 Turkish members, start a new topic in the 'Sugesstions' forum requesting a new int.forum to be made.
