i have the same problem.
have been able to spin before, but today it wont work.
made my own thread about it already and they told me to contact them using the contact form.

My life is forfeit.

I have the same problem. I earned 1.05 today and it says "$-0.05 left to claim your Lucky Spin!".

and now its a new day, and i lost my right to spin.
very unfair.

i expect some form of compensation.
