I sometimes watch vidoes for one cent, and then they do not go away so I will watch again for one cent. Is that okay or will I get in trouble for watching the same video?

As long as you are watching video one by one. We don't have a problem with that :). We want our users to give fair tries to everything that is available to you on the website and make as much money as you possibly can :)
