WALLADS: Trouble Submitting Tickets

I completed two offers on WALLADS which required the viewing of slideshows. I viewed the slideshows in their entirety but was not credited.

I tried to submit help tickets but was asked to include confirmation emails which I did not have. I've never received confirmation emails for any of the offers I've completed. I do have screenshots I took as I completed both offers as proof but there's no way to attach them. And even if I could attach them, I can't submit the tickets without the confirmation emails.

Yes, I checked both inbox and spam folders. There was nothing there regarding any completed or uncompleted offers. But like I said, I've never received email confirmations.
