WEEKLY payouts for offers will be like referal weekly payout??

i want to clear this for many freinds and for me too
is
WEEKLY payouts for offers will be like referal weekly payout with a specially day like friday
or the offer have to wait in pending all the week /7days ???

Payments are made between Tuesday and Wednesday ;)

Friday: Payouts for referrals
