Way to get new offers

I am a international member. I am getting the same offer again and again for three to four days.

Is there any steps required or mandatory to be taken by me or the offers are limited only to the members of specified countries ?

Please help me to these problems .

That is because we haven't updated the offers we have in the International section, I do apologise but it's getting updated when we are able to get new offers there.
