What counts as an offer?

First off, I'm new here, so indulgence is craved if this question has already been asked and answered.

I take note that repeating an offer is a no-no, but what about viewing the same video more than once? Is a video an offer and therefore subject to the ban?

Also on that score, can a video be watched more than once in the same day, or only on different days?

I would like to know what the rules are in case I inadvertently start breaking them!

Offers are found in our Offers section,all of them are considered offers.
Watching a video more than once is a decision of our third party advertisers. If the video is still up, you can still watch it but I do recommend to watch them once a day.
