What happened to my experience points?

Good evening!
I signed in today to find out my experience poinst were cut from 14000 or something like that, to only 67.
Yesterday I had trouble signing in because I couldn't remember my password, but that's the only different thing that happened to me these days.
Why did it happen?

I was at level 23 to just over 1000 xp points from level 24. Since yesterday I found myself at the level 4 with less than 2000 xp total points. Probably still it depends on the problems that had the site days ago and I hope to get back soon as the level and total xp that belong to me...
