What is wrong with my IP?

Well, I wasn't online for like 1 month because I had something else to do.. when I go to offers and go to "The Netherlands"it says my IP is not correct or something like that.
I swear I didn't do anything else then International offers, Gold member offers and Netherlands offers.

And if you don't believe I am from Netherlands, I can proof it.. so please help me out here and let me acces to the Netherlands offers?
