I've just unlocked the Wheel of Fortune and I can't seem to find it. Call me blind or anything, the truth is I can't really see it. Is this for US only players or it's available to everyone? If it's available to everyone, PLEASE help me how to locate it. I've been looking all over my dashboard and it's just not there.

it's in the home page (click on the "home" button up in the left next to get-paid and earn coins) and it's right under the coins you've earned.

I was using chrome and I just changed my browser to IE and it's still not there.
