Why account disabled for no reason?

my account was disabled for no reason when i requested for second cashout so i wanted to know that what i did wrong for which i was punished?
i have not done any wrong so please restore my account.

You have logged in from your account from both France and Germany.
There is nothing wrong with that, however since it is flagged in our system we wanted to verify this is genuine.

Can you please confirm you were traveling between these 2 countries recently?

yes i was in France for some days so that's why i logged in and i was not aware of that my account can be disabled and i promise that i will not do like that in future.
