Why am i not getting paid

The past few days ive done loads of offers and surveys to find out that i havent been paid for any of them. I've emailed for support to find out they the person emailing me back isn't receiving my screenshots which is a big bummer.
I'm really annoyed to be honest

Please wait 24 - 48 hours for offers to approve. If you don't receive credit please try redoing them but be sure to clear your browsers cookies before redoing them & take few screenshots as you are completing them, It should approve in the second time but if not then you can forward us the screenshots of the offers you completed through email at [email]admin@gptreasure.com[/email] & we will get assist from advertiser regarding this.
