Why do most of the offers ask for my credit card?

I need help on how to [COLOR="#00FF00"]successfully complete an offer[/COLOR], when i look for an offer or survey it doesn't explain thoroughly on what the offer or survey is about.

You can complete free offers or trials (that needs a cc) with a vcc.
