Hi NGUYENTIEN23456, what payment have you requested? other 10referrals (I say 10 because if you're using alertpay you need at least 1$ to can make cashout and receive your payment)?because I've read that you already received your referrals payment;

well, I'm sorry I haven't answered your question... payments are weekly(tuesday or wednesday) , for example if you ask your payment on Sunday then I think you receive your payment the next tueday/wednesday.

But in your situation, if you requested your payment on monday you must wait for the next week (on 22 or 23 you'll get paid).

I don't see any requests pending, everything is processed except for your referrals, which we process on every Friday.
