Why the Instant US Offers not Pay ??

although I entered accurate information, Instant US offers doesn't pay
I sent a message to admin by contact button, but still did not answer. I see that topic and I realised that , everyone have this problem : http://www.get-paid.com/forum/showthread.php?=11876&forum=4

I completed surveys correct information and I entered my credit card information for order a face cream..

I want to ask that ; Are Instant US offers does not work anymore? If this site does not pay?

Instant US offers work properly for those who complete them properly, not for those who generate pixels to make the offers track. You have used multiple IPs besides this in our site and your account is suspended. You can still send me PMs to discuss this but you need to understand we won't tolerate any type of fraud in our site.
