Why the Instant US Offers not Pay ??

although I entered accurate information, Instant US offers doesn't pay
I sent a message to admin by contact button, but still did not answer. I see that topic and I realised that , everyone have this problem : http://www.get-paid.com/forum/showthread.php?=11876&amp;forum=4

I completed surveys correct information and I entered my credit card information for order a face cream..

I want to ask that ; Are Instant US offers does not work anymore? If this site does not pay?

I dont understand that why did you said be patience ...

My Offers status are Click Here.. But I'm sure I made everything right.. I ordered a cream by my credit card one of these offers but then don't get paid. Pls solve this problem...
