Why ?

Hello to all of you :) ... First of all i am cosmin :) and i am from Romania... So here is my problem :
I finish the offer for Romania, and at that section (Romanian Only) i only find 1 offers :) So i completed :) Then I make an international survey ... But only a half... (Gptreasurelotto) I installed on my computer : Trial Version Toolbar of TuneUp , so half of that offer was completed, but when i click on the banner (for screensaver) it says that i can make that offer, and it's not available for me:

So what to do ? :(
I really want to became a Gold member :( but how to prove you guys that i am taking this thing really seriously , if i cannot make any offer :( ?

In the mean time, try taking other offers?
Just be active, take offers seriously, and you'll be a Gold Member in no time.

The Screensaver offer is only for US members, you have the TuneUP offer to complete, the separation between the members' location is quite emphasized in the instructions for the offer.

But if the Screensaver offer is only for Us members why is on international ??
