The referals probably weren't active at all, and havn't even logged in or made an offer or something.. I think

Maybe there were logged in, but they probably didn't make any offers? There's no idea in giving inactive referals moneys

I think your referrals are made by you, MULTIACCOUNT.
My reasons:

- you become angry.
- your screenshot only shows the word "rejected" no referrals name ni more information.
